Established in the year 1991 by Mr.Sunder Dhas under the name Alive Builders. It started with major contracting works mainly roads and building works from govt sector. From the beginning itself.

Upon the death of Mr.Sundher Dhas, the road projects were phased out and focus shifted to design and execution of wide range projects in private sector under the leadership of his son Mr. Peter Sunder Dhas. The firm quickly expanded into residential , commercial and remodelling projects.
Over the next few years, the firm grew by leaps and bounds.They attracted expert construction professionals with diverse backgrounds and formed a team.
In 2020, the company has started his own villa project in 9 acre land , necessitating a name change to ˜PSD constructions and developers in memory of his father Mr.Sunder dhas along with his name.
